The protests against the discretionary move to transfer the Romanian Cultural Institute (one of the very few well-functioning public bodies) under Parliament just to settle scores with the President and fire inconvenient people are amplifying. 25 known civil society figures complained to the Ombudsman against the abuse of transferring the ICR under the Parliament.
