EFOR releases the 2023 annual report

EFOR is organizing its major event for the current year: the launch of the annual report. The topic of the event: what the EU should learn after a year of war in Ukraine about how the Union can be more resilient – first of all through substantial changes in the energy sector, but also through the reshaping of the Eastern Partnership and a stronger presence of the voices of the new member states in the decision common.

The event will take place on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, starting at 10:00 a.m., Romanian Parliament, Nicolae Bălcescu hall, entrance C1. The closest entrance is from Bd. Libertații (see map) .

The event will be joined by participants from the European Commission, EaP-CSF (Eastern Partnership), the Government of Romania and partners from Ukraine and Moldova. The agenda of the event is available here.

The discussions will take place in English, with simultaneous translation into Romanian.
