EFOR released the annual report on February 19th. We debated, together with more than 120 experts, representatives of public institutions and embassies, as well as journalists on clientelism policy, the performance of state-owned companies, appointment of the boards of regulators, as well as the effects of Moldovan propaganda on governance.
