Ioni\u021b\u0103 explained how the hype in this region about Chinese investment has mostly been unjustified. He also commented on the Western economic engagement of China, which is undergoing as other parts of the West, more oriented towards security try to isolate Beijing. We don\u2019t know China and projects such as Expert Forum\u2019s China Watch contribute to a realistic perspective on the influence of the socialist state with market economy. China has had remarkable success in taking hundreds of millions of people out of poverty. But it doesn\u2019t seem to have a project for the whole of humanity.
